Cracking the Pathogenic Code

Through our integrated approach to biomarker discovery and in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) development, AgnoSci is transforming cause of death investigation and pathogen detection. Our unique combination of multiomics analysis and artificial intelligence enables the identification of novel biomarkers, which we then translate into practical diagnostic tools for real-world application.

What is Agnostic Pathogen Detection?

01 — Broad Spectrum Detection

Agnostic pathogen detection is a highly versatile method that identifies a wide variety of pathogens, including various bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites, without specifically targeting any certain species or strains. This approach allows for a comprehensive analysis of potential infectious agents, making it a valuable tool in clinical and environmental settings.

02 — Unbiased Approach

Methods do not rely on any prior assumptions regarding the identity of the pathogen, which allows for the efficient detection of both known and novel pathogens. This flexibility is crucial for accurately identifying a wide range of infectious agents that may be present in various samples.

03 — Machine Learning

Using a modified decision tree in multiomics research effectively identifies distinct biomarkers linked to different pathogenic classes, enhancing analysis of complex biological data for better correlations between biomarkers and related diseases.

04 — In Vitro Diagnostic

Identified biomarkers are used to design our in-vitro diagnostic, the Molecular Pathogen Kit, which can be used in basic clinical labs, resulting in rapid turnaround of results, and detection of pathogens.
